How to Install Krira TV on Android Smart TV

Krira TV on Android TV

Krira TV app is not available in the Google Play Store. This can be done by transferring APK files, and the term for this process is “sideloading”.

Method 1: Using a USB Drive

Prerequisites:

  • Krira TV APK file.
  • A USB flash drive.
  • A file manager app on your Android TV (if not pre-installed). 

Steps:

  1. Enable Installation from Unknown Sources:

    • Go to Settings on your Android TV.
    • Navigate to Security & Restrictions or similar settings.
    • Find the option to allow installation from unknown sources. Enable it.
  2. Transfer APK to USB Drive:

    • Copy the APK file to your USB drive.  

      Connect USB Drive to TV:

      • Plug the USB drive into a USB port on your Android TV.   
  3. Install the APK:

    • Open the file manager app on your TV. 
    • Navigate to the USB drive.
    • Select the APK file and click on it.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.

Method 2: Using a File Transfer App

Prerequisites:

  • A file transfer app on your smartphone (like Send Anywhere, Xender, or ShareIt).
  • The Krira TV APK file on your smartphone.

Steps:

  1. Enable Installation from Unknown Sources:

    • Follow the same steps as in Method 1.
  2. Transfer APK to TV:

    • Use the file transfer app to send the APK file from your smartphone to your Android TV.
    • The received file will usually be in the “Downloads” folder.
  3. Install the APK:

    • Open the file manager app on your TV.
    • Navigate to the “Downloads” folder.
    • Select the APK file and click on it.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.
